It is said to have a horse like face, bat like wings, cloven hooves, a thick tail who omits a blood curdling scream!\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv dir=\"ltr\"\u003e• As the show is at the Count Basie Center for the Arts, I have depicted the Jersey Devil playing the piano and smoking a cigarette. Count Basie is well known as a pianist who smoked a lot - often photographed smoking cigarettes or cigars.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv dir=\"ltr\"\u003e• The Raul Easter egg are the lilies to the bottom left.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv dir=\"ltr\"\u003e• New Jersey colors - often blue and green. As NJ is known as the 'Garden State', I thought blue and green would be the basis for all color versions.
