Artwork inspiration/Notes:
• The resort is on Native land and run by the United Auburn Indian Community which features two tribes. There is a subtle Native American vibe to the artwork.
• The borders to the right and left has Native styling as well as the center image with the bear and star that represent the flag of California.
• The State Amphibian is the Rana Draytonii, the Californian Red legged frog pictured overlooking a river in the reeds with moon and stars behind.
• To the front of the design is the State flower, the Californian poppy which is orange/ yellow in color.
• With Native American Art in mind, the outside shape of the border is loosely shaped like a simple frog (note the eyes at the top of the design).
